phil has been building exterior furniture for customers of our sister business, earth wood fire design. it led to birdhouses and more and more woodworking. he now splits his time between the two endeavors. phil always likes things to be built to last and to be enjoyed by his clients for generations. 

Real estate has been a focus in my life since my early twenties. I began in property management in 2005, and worked in the industry until 2014. Then my husband’s Army career moved us to Italy we were blessed with three beautiful children, Olivia, Hazel and Rhett. After a few years I returned to the United States and to the beautiful Crystal Coast. Baran Properties gave me an opportunity to officially secure my broker’s license and I began my career in real estate. My passion and determination to assist my clients in the buying and selling process has created incredible opportunities for me to grow. I truly love what I do!
