NutriFit Analysis: Understanding your Body & Nutrition
Join us on Saturday, June 1, 2024, for a talk on nutrition and an InBody scan.  

The InBody scan allows participants to receive a body composition analysis.  The report will include metrics including weight, total skeletal muscle mass, total body fat, total body water and a full segmental muscle and fat analysis.

We are pleased to have Sarah Keever and Cheyanne Bierly of Crystal Coast Wellness & Performance leading this session.  They are both LDNs and RDs, with an MS.  

The cost is $10 for GROW members and $15 for non members.  Space is limited so register on MINDBODY to secure your spot today!
