Blake is a native of Eastern North Carolina who relocated to Carteret County in 2009. She is a graduate of St. Mary’s School, North Carolina State University and Campbell University, where she earned her Juris Doctorate degree.

Since her transition into real estate in 2017, she has leveraged her extensive local knowledge as well as her real estate expertise and negotiating skills to educate and assist her clients. “There’s a certain thrill that comes from problem-solving and collaborating with my network of colleagues to deliver a successful closing for my clients,” said Blake. “Real estate represents one of the most significant decisions most people ever make and I am enthusiastic about the opportunity to continue helping my clients achieve their goals.”

Her experience in the legal field was also fundamental to her professional development. “It may sound simplistic, but to enter into negotiations from a position of strength, it’s essential to understand the nuances of the potential contract and the property under consideration. The results I provide are everything to me, so I do everything I can to prepare myself and ensure that I can represent the best interests of my clients in every aspect of their transactions,” said Blake.

Dedicated to her community as well as her clients, Blake served as treasurer for the board of directors for the Carteret County Association of Realtors for two years. She also supports Austin Veterinary Outreach/Rescue and Misplaced Mutts.

A dog-lover and NC State Wolfpack fan, Blake enjoys going to the beach and spending time on the water when she isn’t busy helping her clients.
