We are looking forward to the 2025 Beach Music Festival and welcome for the first time an opportunity for you to submit a logo design that will be used for the back of our t-shirts & posters during this year’s festival! The winner will receive all the perks of the Bronze-Tier Sponsorship in addition to bragging rights.
Show us what you’ve got! We’d love to discover and share your artistic talent with the thousands of beachgoers at this year’s festival!
Submission Guidelines:
Files must be submitted as PNG or JPG images with a resolution of at least 300 DPI. Maximum size is 12”x 14” and 20 MB. If your design does not include a background, please be sure to export as a PNG with transparency.
Design must include:
- “11th Annual Atlantic Beach – Beach Music Festival”
- May 17, 2025
- “At the Circle on the Boardwalk”
- All 5 Bands that will be performing on Saturday:
- Gary Lowder & Smokin’ Hot
- The Band of Oz
- Jim Quick & Coastline
- The I-42 Band
- The Mighty Saints of Soul

Deadline to submit is Friday, March 28, 2025 11:59 PM EST. All correctly prepared files must be submitted to events@atlanticbeach-nc.com.
By submitting to this design contest, you agree to the following:
Publicity and Agreement: Contest entry constitutes an agreement by the submitting designers to grant free license of all copyrights of the submitted works to the Town of Atlantic Beach, for publicity and promotional purposes. The Town of Atlantic Beach may share any design submissions received by March 21, 2025 on social media at our discretion. If so, we will credit you and link to your website and/or social media handle.
Media Release: By submitting artwork, you agree that if your design wins, the Town of Atlantic Beach retains first printing rights and a free license, in perpetuity, to utilize the design on T-shirts and other promotional items, marketing, fundraising, and public relations materials. You are guaranteeing that your design does not contain any copyrighted material, including images/copy found on the internet, unless clearly marked as published under a Creative Commons (cc) license. Contest entrants who are not selected as the winning designer(s) retain all rights to their artwork.
