Autumn Ware, an award-winning teacher turned marketing copywriter, launched the local podcast EPIC Carteret in 2023 to showcase the incredible people who make the Crystal Coast epic. In 2025, she and her husband Jack founded Planck Length Publishing, a very small press dedicated to cultivating the speculative arts in Carteret County.
