This unique first time event showcases honey from beekeepers across North Carolina as Honey Sommelier, Sean Collingsworth of Killerbees Honey, explores what makes varietal honey so different.  Enjoy a tasting and a pairing of honey delectables created by talented chefs and culinary students.  Proceeds will be divided between Culinary Program for students and the NC State University Research Professorship Endowment.
