Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team. This individual will be completing different administrative tasks, including filing, billing, creating flyers, managing social media posts, and providing general office support. The ideal candidate is proactive, tech-savvy, and capable of multitasking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform general administrative duties, including filing, data entry, and maintaining organized records.
  • Handle billing and invoicing tasks accurately and efficiently.
  • Assist in creating promotional materials, flyers, and other marketing collateral.
  • Manage social media accounts by posting updates, responding to comments, and engaging with followers.
  • Answer phone calls, respond to emails, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Assist in scheduling and coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
  • Maintain office supplies and ensure a well-organized work environment.
  • Assist with other duties as assigned to support the team and business operations.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Previous experience in an administrative or office support role preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
  • Familiarity with social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.).
  • Basic graphic design skills are a plus (Canva, etc.).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Professional demeanor and a positive attitude.
