General Construction Laborer
Full-Time
- Knowledge of maintenance, repair and manual labor tasks
- Knowledge of common and specialized hand and power tools
- Ability to lift up to 50lbs
- Ability to perform manual labor for extended periods of time
- Ability to work in all weather conditions
- Possession of driver’s license and reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-employment drug screen
- Reliable, ready to work, prompt, attention to detail
Requirements
- Perform intermediate semi-skilled work in a variety of construction, repair and maintenance capacities
- Carpentry, painting, flooring, repair, replacement
- Work under limited supervision
- Operate pickup truck and pull enclosed trailer
- Load, unload and carry materials at construction site
- Clean out site debris, maintain professional job site
