The Property Services and Owner Administrator is responsible for efficiently managing maintenance requests and vendor relations to ensure the timely resolution of property issues. Key duties include reviewing and prioritizing maintenance tasks within the property management system, coordinating with vendors to schedule and confirm task completion, and ensuring accuracy in financial management by handling invoicing. Maintaining clear communication with property owners, guest services, and team members is of the most importance.  Additionally, the position requires assisting owners and guests as needed.
