The Mission of The Broad Street Clinic is to provide health services to the low income residents of Carteret County and surrounding areas suffering from chronic diseases: diabetes, hypertension, thyroid, pulmonary, and cardiovascular, who are unable to afford regular physician visits or obtain prescribed medications.  In addition, we have expanded to include eye exams, and a dental clinic that is offered each Wednesday. The Clinic is staffed primarily by volunteers. Your support allows us the opportunity to do so much more.

Together, we're making a difference and saving lives in our local community.  Thanks for being part of our 30-year journey.

Through a team approach, our goal is to meet the needs of inpatients and outpatients at Carteret Health Care and to restore the patient’s level of independence and quality of life. Our rehabilitation services include Speech Language Pathology, Physical and Occupational Therapy.

At Carteret Medical Group, our primary care services are cost-effective and close to home. That means there is no reason to travel to receive the highest-quality medical treatment. We seek to establish long-term relationships with our patients by providing reliable, cost-effective treatment, even if you are being circulated to various medical specialists.

Wound Healing and Hyperbaric Center provides specialized treatment for chronic or non-healing wounds, which are defined as sores or wounds that haven’t significantly improved from conventional treatments. Associated with inadequate circulation, poorly functioning veins and immobility, non-healing wounds lead to lower quality of life and may lead to amputations. When wounds persist, a specialized approach is required for healing. Typically, a wound that doesn’t respond to normal medical care within 30 days is considered a problem or chronic wound.
