Beaufort’s legacy hardware store is proud to announce that they have dropped their national affiliation, and are now Beaufort Hardware & Paint Company, effective immediately. The ownership remains the same, with an increased emphasis on better prices, better products and continuing their almost 30 years of hometown service.

“We are excited to enter this new stage of how we do business,” says Tommy Simpson, owner of Beaufort Hardware & Paint Company. “We have made the transition from being part of a national chain so that we can focus more on the needs of our growing local community. We pride ourselves on being an expert source right in your own community for all your hardware and paint needs”

He says that as part of the change, more product lines and services will be added, including an expansion to a full line Benjamin Moore Paint Dealer. The store itself will remain open while modifications are made, and staff members are eager to show customers around and answer any questions.

A Frequently Asked Questions section on the website (https://BeaufortHardwareAndPaint.com/) will answer specific customer questions and provide updates, including specials and product announcements as they happen.  Information will also be readily available upon every visit to the store.
