I also provide group fitness classes for your club, organization, business, or HOA to name a few. And I provide nutritional seminars to groups on demand.

As a certified Nutrition Specialist with the American Academy of Sports Dietitians and Nutritionists (AASDN), I also provide custom Nutrition programs based on scientific evidence and principles, backed by a state licensed dietitian with AASDN.
