Marine Corps Air Station Cherry Point is home to the 2d Marine Aircraft Wing , Naval Health Clinic, and Fleet Readiness Center East - the state's largest technical employer east of Interstate 95. Altogether, Cherry Point has a workforce of more than 16,000 Marines, Sailors, and civilians significantly influence the financial health and stability of Eastern NC, making an annual economic impact of more than $2.19 billion. 

We are the outreach branch or our state's two land grant institutions (NC State University and NC A&T State Univerisy). We do educational programming in agriculture, 4-H and youth development, and family and consumer sciences (health and wellness).
