The Irreverent Warriors Crystal Coast Silkies Hike is just around the corner, set for November 16, 2024, at the Islander Hotel & Resort in Emerald Isle. This unique event is all about bringing veterans together for a day filled with camaraderie, humor, and an uplifting message focused on mental health awareness.

We’re reaching out to the Carteret County community for final support in the form of swag bag items and raffle prizes. This is an ideal way for local businesses to clear out year-end inventory while giving back. With up to 200 expected attendees, any contribution—whether branded merchandise, gift cards, or promotional materials—will go directly toward enhancing the experience for those joining the hike.

Not only will your support show veterans that they’re valued by our community, but it’s also an opportunity for exposure to a group deeply appreciative of local businesses that back their cause.
